職位描述：

為培養從事與中國有關的外交政策研究的頂尖青年學者，beat365社科學院國際關系系計劃招聘一名博士後。

申請人須從事與中國有關的國際事務和外交政策研究，并能用中英雙語進行深入的學術研究和交流。申請人必須積極主動地從事研究、有團隊合作意識、并能按時完成研究任務。

任職條件：

？申請人須為近兩年内畢業的博士生，于受聘年份的6月前（即2016年6月）畢業；并能夠提供博士學位畢業證書；海外學位須有教育部學曆認證。鼓勵婦女和少數民族申請。

？博士學位可為政治學、國際關系學、經濟學等，研究方向須與中國在全球事務中的角色與作用有關。

？申請人須具備發表學術文章或著作的經驗（包括經同行評審的學術文章或面向大衆社會的評論性文章）。

？申請人須具備專業的英語水平。

？按照beat365博士生招聘要求，申請人年齡不得超過34歲（在2016年10月23日申請截止時）。

工作内容：

？每學年獨立研究和發布不少于四篇文章。

？策劃和管理清華—卡内基為清華­—霍普金斯聯合培養碩士項目開設的課程，“決策精英創意創新政策分析”。

？每學期至少組織一次學術會議或學術活動。

？與清華-卡内基中心實習生密切交流。

？有機會與清華-卡内基中心的媒體官員參加媒體活動。

？協助清華-卡内基中心播客節目《中國與世界》（“ China in the World Podcast”）。

如何申請：

？申請人須提交中文和英文簡曆、一份作品發表清單、兩篇英文寫作樣本（長度在1000至3000字之間），至少一封推薦信和一份研究計劃。

？研究計劃不能超過兩頁紙，應包括申請人的研究領域，三個近期研究的話題，研究方法，最終成果（須注明是哪種類别的出版物和活動），拟定的學術成果發表時間，預期達到的影響或效果，并計劃如何利用卡内基國際和平研究院六大中心的研究資源。

、Eligibility:

· The program is open to recent PhD graduates who are able to provide evidence of the successful completion of their PhD degree (from an accredited institution in China or abroad) by June of the year of appointment (i.e. year of 2016). He/she may not be more than two years beyond receipt of PhD. Women and minorities are encouraged to apply.

· The degree must be notarized by the Chinese Ministry of Education

· PhD in political science, international relations, economics, or a related field with a focus on some aspect of China’s global role.

· Proven track record of substantive research experience, preferably demonstrable with a history of prior publications (peer-reviewed or general-audience publications).

· High-level professional proficiency in English.

· In accordance with Tsinghua University’s eligibility criteria, candidates must be no more than thirty-four years old by the application deadline of October 23, 2016.

Program Requirements:

· Conduct independent research and publish at least four articles per academic year.

· Design and manage a Tsinghua course on think tanks as part of the SAIS-Tsinghua Dual-Master’s Program.

· Present at least one talk or independently organize at least one event per semester.

· Work with and mentor interns.

· Work with the media coordinator on possible media opportunities.

· Provide assistance to China in the World podcast.

How to Apply

· Candidates should submit a résumé in both English and Chinese with a list of prior publications, two English writing samples (each one between 1,000 and 3,000 words in length), at least one letter of recommendation, and a research proposal in English.

· Research proposal should be less than two pages and should outline the candidate’s research focus, three areas where he/she would dedicate research, the methodology, end products (types of publications and events), tentative timelines of publications, impact expectations, and plans to leverage the global nature of Carnegie’s network.
